Free service

Free includes one host, one room URL, up to four participants per meeting including the host, and meetings of up to 30 minutes. You need access to your registered email address or connected Google account to sign in. No password is required for email sign-in.

Your account and invitations

Provide accurate account information. Keep sign-in links and private device-linking QR codes confidential. They authorize account access. Share guest invitation links only with intended participants. You are responsible for content you share and for obtaining any permissions needed to share it.

Worldwide lawful use and user responsibility

These lawful-use requirements apply to all SCOVerify services, including CHAT, FREE and PRO, and to account holders, administrators and guests wherever they use the service. You must comply with the laws applicable to your use. Illegal use is prohibited. You are responsible for your own actions and the content you upload, send or share, including obtaining any necessary rights and permissions.

SCOVerify does not authorize or endorse unlawful activity. Providing access to the service does not constitute approval of a user’s conduct or content.

Acceptable use

Do not use SCOVerify unlawfully, infringe other people’s rights, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Availability and your content

Access and call quality depend on compatible devices, browser permissions and network connectivity. Maintenance and technical incidents can interrupt service. Keep your own copies of information you need: the service is not a guaranteed archive. Other participants may retain content you share, and translation may be inaccurate. Review translations before relying on them.

Account closure and support

You can stop using the service at any time. Contact [email protected] for support or to request account deletion. We may verify your identity before changing or deleting an account. The Privacy Policy explains information retention.

Responsibility for unlawful acts

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCOVerify and its operator are not liable for unlawful acts committed by users or for unlawful content users share. Each user remains responsible for their own conduct. This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability, legal obligation, consumer protection or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. It does not remove the operator’s obligations concerning its own conduct or its handling of personal data.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes to these terms or the service will be communicated through an appropriate service notice.
